Job: Combi boiler servicing.
My 18 months old combi boiler have been giving me a lot of problems since i move into the property.
Last winter was awful as the newish boiler wasn't reliable and doesn't delievr constant hot water when taking shower.
This year i don't want to take any chances and I found EDA through Corgi website.
Mano is very reliable and help me to diagnose the problem and recommend the solution.

Job: Remove old boiler system, remove Gas fire, install new combi boiler, install gas hob
Getting a boiler installed can be a real challenge. Not only can it cost a lot of money, but sourcing and employing someone to conduct the job can be difficult and confusing.
I went through three different outfits. They came round, talked up the job and left with little more than a verbal costing, which, when you're planning on forking out around 2k is a little disappointing.
Then I had the fortune of finding Mano, from EDA. This came as a breath of fresh air. Mano came round for a free quote (a rare thing in itself), looked over the job and answered questions in plain English. Within two hours I was emailed a complete cost break down, on headed paper, allowing me to see exactly what I was paying for. Really, everyone should do this, but clearly they don't!
At this point, I was able to talk over some of the finer points - including sourcing a slightly cheaper boiler to keep within my budget.
Again, quick to respond and answer questions. This alone was enough to take up his service!
I hired him and he was around to start the work within the week. Apart from the need for a quick re-negotiation (not his fault, I just didn't have the water pressure to sustain the quoted boiler) everything ran smoothly. He arrived on time, kept his space clean and was happy to work around the other contractors who we're in the property at the time.
All in all, Mano was the best decision I made on my build. Professional, timely, realistically priced and a good communicator.
Most importantly, at the end of the job I had an excellent boiler system, which I fully expect to go the distance.
In short, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending his services to anyone. Tom Watts |

Job: Landlords Gas safety Certificate
