Additional work required will be completed with extra charge. (Re running gas pipe, fitting thermostatic radiator valves, fitting flue plume management kits, fitting condense pumps, fitting scale reducers and magnaclean filters etc.)

All new or replacement boilers have to be condensing boilers as per regulations from April 2005. Should you wish not to have any of the items during installation for e.g. thermostatic radiator valves, room thermostat etc, you will be doing it against current building regulations. EDA Gas Services Ltd can only advise you on current regulations but we are not in a position to force you to adhere to these.
